Mindset Mastery
Gayle has collaborated with the researchers at TTISI Mind Science Center since 2019, contributing to the current program that is currently being introduced to the public. The Mind Science Center is compiling their findings from the Alpha and Beta test groups. The participant results are remarkable.
REMARKS FROM TTISI MIND SCIENCE CENTER - MINDSCIENCE PROGRAM ORIGINS "In 2019, TTI Success Insights, Research & Development division was conducting EEG’s on a number of different people with varying degrees of experience in meditation. One such individual, known as GR, (Gayle Reynolds) has been using meditation and mindset practices for over 50 years. The results of her EEG, were shocking and started us on a new path, looking at mindset and the potential of the human brain when it’s been trained. MEDITATION & MINDSET One of the common trends that’s been identified throughout the different studies that have been done on the effects of meditation and the brain (especially in experienced individuals) relates to a shift in the wavebands. This shift is noted by a decrease in overall activity in the higher, faster bands (such as Gamma & Beta) and an increase in the lower, slower bands (such as Theta & Delta). However, in GR’s case that shift was much faster and more profound than what’s been uncovered in previous research studies into meditation. The shift in the brain that occurred in GR’s brain, was greater than any other brain we’ve recorded to date. Especially, given the total amount of time was just over 5 minutes. A Master Meditator's Brain".
