Coaching and Consulting
I work on a one-to one basis, offering personal and professional coaching and consulting. These are private sessions. We review the whole of your life considering the interconnected components. Consulting is personalized to your unique situation helping you with a specific project or problem, offering expertise and information based solutions for you to implement, bringing objectivity and a fresh perspective. Consulting and coaching may merge at some point.

We schedule an initial 15-20 minute interview. Together we review your personal objectives and establish if and how I can help you attain your goals.

I start with an intake interview. I listen and ask thought provoking questions to get to the core of what you really want. Together, we identify the key areas important to you encouraging values based goal setting with meaningful and measurable results. Realizing each part of your life is interconnected, all aspects of your life that influence your objectives are reviewed and included in the overall plan of action. I encourage self-awareness practices and mindset management.
If we determine this is a good fit, together we will develop a schedule that fits your budget and unique time frame.
